We started with the simple nut.

Why can’t a nut be crunchier, crispier, and tastier, without sacrificing any of its simple, natural qualities? Why does a nut even have to be shaped like a nut? Why can’t a nut be flat, and square?

By the time we had answered these questions, we had not only created an amazing new snack; we had found our all-consuming passion – our one true north.
